Beer, hi how are you doing? It must be scary when you take your eyes off your kids, unsure of where they are, but im glad your little one is ok, safe and sound. All it can take is a split second. So what you been up to lately? Been working? xx

hey i cant complain really. going to be a hard week but i just gotta keep going like i have done every other week. Not had time to take pics recently - but hopefuly i will be out soon Mum's okay ty

Beautiful poem Tiff,how are you?are you still on the diet and going to the gym?I know you have your brothers wedding coming up(don't think i have missed it?)Hope you have a lovely day and i am sure you will look great in your new dress.I wondered if it is getting any easier to go out the more often you do it? Anyway i think you have made great strides and should be proud of yourself.I am ok,not down in the depths of depression but if i am honest not happy either.I have not had much happiness in my life,maybe the early days of my marriage ,i think i was happiest when my children were small,i loved every stage from baby hood until they started school but i think from then on they start becoming more independant and need you less.Which is how it should be,you want your children to become confidant independant adults but i am left with a sense of not being needed anymore.I know what would make me happy a "soul mate" for want of a better word but to be realistic i think the chances of finding one are pretty low,no matter ,as i said i am not unhappy i can take pleasure in the small things in life,a sunny day,a good book ect.I am still in touch with "N" but he has told me he does not want a relationship so i know where i stand,we are just text friends.I suppose i did hope that when he had got over his x girlfriend we might have some sort of relationship but it is not going to happen.Yet i think texting fills a need in both of us,me becausei need a friend and have always got on better with males for some reason,him i am not sure,maybe he is flattered that someone likes him or maybe he just needs a friend too.Sorry for the long ramble,sundays have never been a good day for me,i think too much lol.

Yeah, im always here for people, anytime.

One of my mates atm, is really going through it, their child has cancer and has 5 months left to live. What do you say? All i can do is just support them as best as possible. and be here to listen.

I had a lightbulb moment a few weeks ago, i would like to do a project on depression, i want you and anyone here to be involved if you want. Im thinking of sending it to one of my many contacts, the more people that know about depression, and that can understand it, and know they are not alone, the more depression and other mental illnesses can be recognised and show people that there is hope and others. Let me know if any of yas are interested?

Tiff you are a true star, one that shines soo bright, and lightens up the way.
