Its soo hard to take in what happened to poor Maddy, and not to mention what her parents and family must be going through, i have many friends that have kids a few of which are the same age as maddy and i look after them from time to time, I would never see them come to harm. And im sure all mums/parents can really understand how they would feel if it happened to them. I hope maddy is returned safely and well, A happy birthday Maddy I hope where ever you are you are safe.

My little girl is the same age, I lost sight of her when she went out of the front door for just a few seconds yesterday, I panicked and thought of this poor poor little girl, ran after her and she was ok of course.

You're what brings this haven to life, what stops new members from panicking and what gives them the hope, and what reassures at a very scary time that no, they're not barking mad and that there is hope. Hello Darlings!


Well golly I go away for 5 mins and all these new wonderful people turn up :beer: So hello to you all

I'm Pumpkin and these guys helped me through a really bad depressive episode earlier this year... I am currently On The Mend and I seem to be having less and less black days:j

1 week into married life and it still doesn;t seem real... I feel like I am waiting for our "real life" to begin (when all the lawyers have sorted out my dad's estate and my sister and I can finally let that bit go!)

Hope you are all doing OK?

Hi Everyone, sorry I haven't been around much past 2 days. Have been to hell and back. Had some bleeding on Friday afternoon, so phoned my doctor. He booked me in for an emergency scan on Saturday morning at the hospital. So we went to the hospital and I had an internal scan.

Basically they couldn't see anything horrendous, and if my dates are wrong and I am only 5 weeks pregnant, then it looked normal, but if my dates are right and I am 7 weeks pregnant then it is much too small. They couldn't see anything in the embryo sack, but that is usual for 5 weeks, but would not be usual for 7 weeks.

In the end they decided that they would wait 10 days and scan me again. If it shows normal growth development and they can then see something in the sac then everything is ok.

It could have been worse, but I know I am not going to relax properly until I have this next scan on the 23rd. Seems ages away.

Also, to top it all, my sickness and tiredness are both getting worse!!

Sorry to dump all this on you. Everyone please cross your fingers that my little bump's ok.
