Btw, I felt a bit down today, I can feel a bit of despair about my situation, I'm applying and applying and applying, Im not even getting interviews now, just rejection, even for temping jobs, I went for some yesterday that I havent got interviews for. Im just waiting to hear from people now.
Its Thursday today, the week has gone so quickly.0 -
An im 22 this year, in around 8 months, 22 years old, I was 20 with a great career, 21 and the wheels have fallen off well and truly.0

Hi L-T-D, sorry to hear you are not feeling good today. I have no advice, but can empathise. I was 21 with everything ahead of me, in my final year or university when everything fell apart for me. I did get my degree, but have not been able to use it and at 27 am now trying to rebuild the potential career that I lost, but it is really hard and I am not getting very far.Sorting my life out to give a better life to my:heartsmil 2 gorgeous boys :heartsmil0

Ive just spent some time on facebook, at least when I was ok I had my job to back me up to say I was actually better than some of the sad individuals that I went to school with, who seemed to target me on nights out because i was a bit bolshy, a bit arrogant, confident a laugh.
Now im worse off, no job, nothing to be confident about.0 -

Thanks Flis, nice to know im not the only one, I guess i feel 100 times better, i always knew that the job would be the hardest thing to change but at the same time the easiest because it would make me feel so much better, however not so, I havent heard anything from anyone so
I could hear today in fairness. you never know0 -
I really empathise - when I graduated, it was hell - rejection after rejection. I got really depressed.
The only thing is the 3 Ps - Persistence, Persistence, Persistence!!!
It is a monumental thing to do when you are crestfallen but you have to keep going. Take a break, do something nice, then go back to it with new energy.
It is the same as selling the house and all the jokers we are having round to view.An average day in my life:hello: :mad: :coffee::coffee::coffee::T:rotfl: :rotfl:

popped into the sainbury's local on the way back, bought some goodies for brekkie n went to me mums for a cuppa And now im just home about 20 mins ago, having another cuppa while i decide what to do with the rest of the day, lol
LTD, don't let other ppls achievements upset you, half the time they exaggerate on those things anyway, and if they're sad enough to be gossiping about you, at least someone else is getting left alone, thats what i always tell meself anyway☆ §ügÅr cØÅTëÐ pØï§Øn ☆
