Hi all, hope we are well0

Ho hum another dreary day in central Scotland
Not too bad so far tho, got our car back today. Still got to get rid of our old car - spent ages getting the documents ready last night.
Still no viewings, it is two weeks now. I feel we will never sell it now. Is there something about mid March that makes the world seem dead? I have always felt this.
Hi CC
Change your estate agent now. You should have had a buyer by now, if your home is correctly priced.
Don't waste time with chat - action (and the loss of their expected commission) is the only language an estate agent respects and understands.
Beware! The property market is a quagmire of deceit!
Take care CB2 x0 -
Hi guys, not posted in here that I can remember. Hope you are all feeling as well as can be.
Been off work for the past two days with this rubbish. I just feel so heavy at the moment. Have had a couple of drinks this evening trying to make me sleep a bit as run out of sleeping tablets, so hope that helps. Still feel pants though. Why won't it go away? I'm really sick of it now."I've fallen down a hole" - said in best Monty Python voice-over.0 -

I was bought up with house buying and selling. I have done my share of it since being an adult and thought I knew the score. I am aware there is an amount of deceit and game playing, I expect it. It is the first time I have had so many gushers tho'.
Usually it is indifferent people, who look around, probably being nosey, and go away and the ones who want the place, who tend to try and play it cool to try and get you down in price, I have come across a good cross section of people in my time, both working with the public and selling our houses.
Some will be polite and say it is lovely but you know they are just being polite but I don't get why people seem SO keen that they actually say they will make an offer, then do nothing - what do they stand to gain from leading people on? Are there that many sick and bored people in the world who like to get people all hopeful then do nothing? I do have their numbers as well, so unless they frequently change them, they are contactable. An average day in my life:hello: :mad: :coffee::coffee::coffee::T:rotfl: :rotfl:

I am no expert in property but have lived in many types of homes, in many locations and can only talk from experience.0 -

Welcome Alleycat :hello: you will get along well with our tiff
Is there any specific reasons as to why you feel like you do, have you been to the GP? Some more info would be good as others and myself can help you!0 -
Mornin all..
hope you're all fine..
I've got so much stuff going round in my head..i don't know which way is up anymore. I think I'm probly just knackered but it's quite disturbing all the same
I feel as tho my life is over and nothing good is ever going to come my way again work/career wise, so I'll be stuck at home with nothing to look forward and very little opportunity to make positive changes.
Maybe it is time to turn my toes up and give in.☆ §ügÅr cØÅTëÐ pØï§Øn ☆

How are you all guys? Really missed you all.
I can't believe I've been gone a week! It's been really hard work trying to get my writing ready for the Festival. Have been doing finishing touches since 3.30am. It all goes today and that'll be it then until the decisions are announced in June...:o
Wanted to say hi and to let you know that I have thought of you all :A, and I will try and read back through the posts.
As you can see, I'm in desperate need of a shower and a catnap!:D  I'll post some replies later on. I can't even focus my eyes at the moment. Look after yourselves guys. Tiff hugs and 1 blue smartie for everyone!
Much Love,
