Strange day, went out last night, im not drinking anymore with the AD's, I honestly mean it, vivid dreams again, was one particular one about the ex that scared me a lot! The interview at ASDA House went well i felt, they were very impressed with my stuff I had done for ASDA, he asked me what had happened to make me leave, I said travelling to work without a car and things.

But yeah, then I slept in, g/f had been struggling as baby has had a tummy bug so she has had 3 hours sleep in 3 nights, we got at each other a bit today, I was !!!!ed off because I was late getting up, she was !!!!ed off at me. So i got a bollocking for that.

!!!!!! day, no more beer for me, hopefully will hear from ASDA at some stage, maybe even Barclays to tell me what occurs next, and also I've got a woman ringing me about a s/visory job at a store in Leeds tomorrow.

Counsellor at 9;45 tomorrow, a follow up to my first appointment, only 6 months to wait for the 1-2-1 CBT now!

CPN tomorrow. I've just had to fill my Uni accomodation application form out. on the form it asked if i suffered from 'mental health problems' i put that i did but i really hope that doesnt effect me in the long run

LRS If anything saying you suffer from mental health problems is likely to be beneficial. I vaguely remember my social worker mentioning something about it. I hope that your appointment with your CPN goes well.

I'm feeling ill. I have really bad pain in the lower part of my side at the back (mainly right hand side). Are your kidneys there? I'm kind of worried. It's been there all day on and off. I went to the Dr's today but was scared to mention it. I hope it's not a result of the overdoses.

Mornning everyone,

Well yesterday wasn't that great. But I am determined to have a good day today. Hubby is off now for 5 days with me, which is really nice. I am always better when I am not sitting around on my own. Also we are going to the theatre tonight, which I have been looking forward to. So I am going to do my usual trick of putting all my troubles to the back of my mind and focus on trying to have a good day. (I will also make sure I take my tablet as well!).

Morning everyone, hope you're all fine

I'm feeling a bit better today..i think some things hit home with a bump tho over the last few days and I am going to need some more professional help, not sure what tho.

going to see daughter this afternoon and have that rearranged meeting with her psychiatrist so we'll see what's happening there.. I just really hope they arent going to start messing about and sending her home willy nilly again :eek:

Ho hum another dreary day in central Scotland

Not too bad so far tho, got our car back today. Still got to get rid of our old car - spent ages getting the documents ready last night.

Still no viewings, it is two weeks now. I feel we will never sell it now. Is there something about mid March that makes the world seem dead? I have always felt this.

I had a dole interview today - she's great. They can see I'm doing something about work so I get no hassle at all.

Counselling last Wednesday - I'm not sure it's going anywhere. I've only got two sessions left. I'm starting to get annoyed about it....oh well.

I've enrolled on another course to play it safe. I have just bought safety boots - I'm shadowing a H&S bloke next week. Should be really interesting.

I hope CC's snow doesn't come here. The sunshine has a huge effect on my mood. This week's weather - and the exams being out of the way - has helped me have a happier week.

It's funny - I feel that I want to be happy - but when I think of that I get a small knot in my stomach - I'm nervous of being happy!!!
