Well I'm back. My appointment went OK. My CPN is going to arrange for me to go to the day treatment centre while I'm off sick. Hopefully that will keep my mind occupied.

Try taking a couple of headache tablets before you go hun.
I know when I was in counselling angel (that was before I broke her! :rolleyes::D ), that I always came home, exhausted, emotional, tear-stained and with a banging headache that made a hangover from Aftershock look like Ribena!
Have some little treats waiting for you when you get in hun - tea/coffee already in the cup so you just have to boil the water, anything ok.

Not yours? You'll be trying to sell me a bridge next!:D :rotfl:

Daughter is being sent home.. which means that her place in the hospital is severely jeopardised, which means its likely that she'll be home for good now, which effectively means my life is over.
