    I don't know, my nails aren't that strong so maybe it's all going into my hair. I use a conditioning shampoo and spray on the blow dry lotion to protect it.

    Funny only a couple of others have commented, oh well I'll remove them, no-one else obviously bothered about who I am:(

    Some are still there, I thought me removing them would remove them all - I don't want them on there now. Can you please edit and remove them Rose. Thank you I am not comfortable with them being there anymore

    I'll just slink away unnoticed...

    I've got a sore throat :( I have a hospital appointment this afternoon with one of the Doctors that I used to see as an in-patient and my CPN. I'm also going to go into work a bit later on today to say hello to everyone and to hand in my sick note.
