She went and stayed at a friend's last night so at least we all got to relax a bit.. son is upset cos daughter is interfering in his relationship with his g/f and g/f is too nice to tell her to butt out.. so we shall see what happens later today. I've warned them that i don't want a houseful of brats n beasties today.. i want some peace n quiet, else they'll see what a grumpy cow I can be

other than that.. I've got to get my smart gear ready for tomorrow, we;ve got some delegation from the EU coming to see how our TMO is run and they want a tour of the area so muggins has been nominated to take them round :mad:

Thank you hun.
Chemicals and hormones can play havoc with your system, between gynae and depression.
Thankfully I don't feel murderous with PMS, well...not up until now, touch wood.;)
Even after you've had it all removed, you're still affected by hormones!:rolleyes:

A lot of people don't realise how much a chemical imbalance can be responsible for depression...not in my case though, I'm just scatty.;)

Bit ill today,went out last night for one (need to slow down, spent a bit last night ) lightbulb moment makes me feel mega guilty

Not massively hungover but i just feel yuck, got a cold so really bunged up at the minute. Fooked in fact, not hungover as i mentioned really, I just feel a bit down really. Dunno, just like i cant relax. Strange, sure ill be ok once i get some sleep later.
