Sorry to butt in, I just wanted to ask if anyone has heard of or read Potatoes Not Prozac?

I suffer from severe depression (amongst other things) and I'm struggling to cope. Maybe I'm just clutching at straws, I just want to find something that actually helps.
    gone.

Well done on the charity shop work hun!:T :T :T
That's something to be proud of - especially after 26 months out of work - plus you're helping others too.:A
You've been on a real rollercoaster emotionally angel and you didn't know how you were going to survive - but like the rest of us, that survivor mode kicked in when you needed it most. It's bound to take time to get over all you've been through miro - but just remember hun , not all the fish live in the sea, so keep your eyes open!

    Oooooh reeeeally - you don't think I hadn't thought of that scenario?:D
Well, ol' Tiff's learned some new tricks while you were away!

Are you trying to start something? Are ya huh? Are ya? You tryin' to make trouble on this here thread in these here parts? C'mon - bring it on, bring it on...you've not met Tiff's Puss Posse have you?:D ;)

I'm doing okay. I'm not spending much time around here as too down to get involved too much.

'S' text flatmate today, for the 1st time since I last saw her a month ago today.

"How are you? You didn't reply to my last text. Can we meet or shall I post you the freeview box you leant me and money I owe Miro? Let me know, so I can sort out before I go away to my sister's"

She didn't need to say she was going away, but it's likely just a break as sister can't cope with her. Not that it's my concern anymore.

Flatmate is just going to text back our address as she wants to stay out of the way after realising she is really an unstable, compulsive liar who will make up anything to get sympathy.

I'm sad about it still, worse the last couple of days since counselling on Friday and her texting flatmate has rocked me again :(

I still really care about her, but part of me wants revenge, but because I care, I can't think of anything.

I have to move on somehow, I just don't know how.

I could handle it if she hated me, but she wanted to be with me, but I got too close and she couldn't handle someone getting close. I can't even keep hold of someone who does want me to :o

The Charity Shop is going okay, only just begun, but it's alright.

Fish? It's the only living creature that would want me right now, so a fish will have to do...........I shall call her Wanda

Too late, Saz's toast is burnt and the cheese ruined..........and that note I stuck on your fur saying "runt of the litter" is still there I see ;) All the other cats are gonna be laughing at you ;) Mmmmmmmmm Smarties ;)

Hi and welcome - don't be shy to post, there are some very wise and caring people on this board.

That sounds an interesting book - I have eaten more spuds this week:)

Hi Mr Miro  How many days a week are you doing at the shop? It will give you a different focus, you just need to give it time. And as you say, it's a cause dear to your heart so that always makes it more interesting, I reckon.

    Missed ya hun.

    Much love,

    Just 2 afternoons per week - 2x 4 hours.

I keep looking out for 'S' as it's the part of town she shops, on the rare occasions she's out - once a week maybe.

One month on, I still see no future. I don't think i'll ever get involved again. I want too, but it always ends in tears.

My fault is I look for people to look after, as I think they are the only ones who could ever like me, when in reality, I need a bit of looking after myself :o

A Britney Cassette came in the shop today, so snapped it up before it could go on sale - 49p woo!

    Hello to all

Sorry I can't reply to individual posts, i'm nowhere near up to coming back as a regular contributor, i'm still recovering.

Hope you are all getting through the days.

As for the comments about how do I get the girls interested.............I've no idea, as apart from the past 4 months, it had only been silly little girls. It's not as if i'm good looking.

Anyway, no nice comments since I 'split' with 'S', so I guess my lack of confidence is for all to see again!

CC - it's clear that you are upset and somebody close has hurt you. Is there anything we can do to help.
Yes, I feel so alone most of the time, being married can seem so lonely sometimes.
