I have been doing competitions regularly for about 3 years now and have had a few wins. You can see from my signature what I've won so far, the last one was a couple of weeks ago (cheque for £100 from That's Life). I still do the magazine ones every week, plus the ITV ones as they are big prizes.

I am on holiday for a week from tomorrow so I'll have a break from it then.

Hey, hon I know it's hard sometimes. Some of us play for years and never get any wins and some of us comp for a week and win big.

But you've just got to keep trying and be positive. I know I sound like one of those annoying self-help people right now, but you know what? It really is all by chance. Every competition is a game of luck and I feel like you've got more chance of winning a big prize here than winning the lottery and It's free too so that helps!

I think every comper has felt what you're feeling, I certainly have. When you don't win for yonks and you feel like your wasting your time and what's the point? Well then a break is in order! I agree with others in the thread saying you should take a break and come back er...refreshed, be it a week or just a day! It helps trust me!

I took a month off after not winning anything for months and within 2 weeks I had won a pair of trainers and a £50 visa card. So it really does pay off and I'm a complete and utter N00b at comping, so I wasn't expecting to win anything really.

And yes Roboform is God send! I also use Google Chrome for my comps which has an auto-fill option and that really helps too.

I don't really post here, but I do comp and reading these threads make me so happy, just knowing that another MSE user has won. It's such a great motivator too and I feel like we're a great big family here, so seeing someone win makes me chuffed to bits. I even ran to a member of my family once after seeing someone win big here "omg what is it? your comping thing did you win something?!!?! WHAT?" "no someone on the forum did oh my Goood!" :rotfl:

So please don't leave! :( Like I said take a break (and a kit kat har haar) and come back! BUT DON'T GIVE UP!
