I registered at about 1pm in the afternoon, and have just checked my account as I had assumed I hadn;t got a voucher - and I have! Got £10 in points accredited to my account so just gonna use it to book trains for london tomorrow... Its the long train (over 2 hours either way from Brum to London) - but makes it half the price of the cheapest trainline tickets.
Many thanks to Martin, MSE and RSH!!0 -

I am trying to use my voucher but it keeps saying they cannot process my card details. I've tried two different cards and still can't get it to work. I also phoned the £1 per minute number (open all days apart from Xmas day!) to be told that they are closed??? I bet I'll get billed £1 for that call too.
Not happy. Anyone else having problems?0 -

Hiya, I had the same problem.. I rang them and they processed the ticket over the phone. There was a problem for me it only showing part of the route and charging me only for that part.
They did put it all through over the phone in less than 5 mins. x0 -
There are freephone and 01 numbers for redspottedhanky on saynoto0870.com - no need to pay £1 per minute

Does anyone know if I am able to use this £10 off e voucher with other e vouchers which I got from exchanging my tesco points? Or is it only one deal per transaction? I hope that makes sense

I don't know the answer to that. If possible you could try splitting the journey then putting it through as 2 separate transactions.rainbow_791 wrote: »Does anyone know if I am able to use this £10 off e voucher with other e vouchers which I got from exchanging my tesco points?
