I assumed 2011 but paid to shop have a copy of the terms in a thread and it is indeed 31/12/12. Even better!

says redeemed so can buy a ticket up to 12 weeks after 31/12/12.

Money Saving Expert Promotion Terms and Conditions

The Money Saving Expert £10 redspottedhanky.com e-voucher promotion (The Promotion) is only open to UK residents (excluding NI) aged over 18 and excludes employees of the Promoter and all those professionally associated with the promotion.

The Promotion will run from (16:00 Tuesday 16th August 2011 until 12:00 18th August 2011). ( only went live at 9am this morning)

There are 20,000 £10 redspottedhanky.com e-vouchers available to be given away while stocks last.

Only one e-voucher per person is permitted. £10 e-vouchers can be obtained by clicking on the link and registering for a redspottedhanky.com account. The e-voucher will be transferred to the account within 72 hours.

Loyalty points cannot be redeemed in cash.

Vouchers can take up to 72 hours to be added to the created account.

Loyalty points are personal to the account holder and the account to which they have been allocated.

Loyalty points cannot be transferred to any other person or account, nor can they be traded in any way.

Loyalty points may be redeemed until Dec 31st 2012.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for system errors or other issues that may result in disruption to registration or Loyalty point redemption.

The Promoter reserves the right to extend, terminate or suspend the Promotion at any time.

Entry to the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions
  • I registered at about 1pm in the afternoon, and have just checked my account as I had assumed I hadn;t got a voucher - and I have! Got £10 in points accredited to my account so just gonna use it to book trains for london tomorrow... Its the long train (over 2 hours either way from Brum to London) - but makes it half the price of the cheapest trainline tickets.

Many thanks to Martin, MSE and RSH!!

I am trying to use my voucher but it keeps saying they cannot process my card details. I've tried two different cards and still can't get it to work. I also phoned the £1 per minute number (open all days apart from Xmas day!) to be told that they are closed??? I bet I'll get billed £1 for that call too.

Not happy. Anyone else having problems?

Hiya, I had the same problem.. I rang them and they processed the ticket over the phone. There was a problem for me it only showing part of the route and charging me only for that part.

They did put it all through over the phone in less than 5 mins. x

Does anyone know if I am able to use this £10 off e voucher with other e vouchers which I got from exchanging my tesco points? Or is it only one deal per transaction? I hope that makes sense :)

I don't know the answer to that. If possible you could try splitting the journey then putting it through as 2 separate transactions.
  • still waiting for my evoucher from the first tranch of sign ups. have sent them 10 emails so far to try and sort it out. total cost of my time has now surpassed the £10 freebie!!!!
