    Myself and 3 family members (different addresses) all did this. We have all just had an email this afternoon and not one of us have loyalty points in our accounts.

    Have you looked under e-voucher on the left hand side of your account.That is where I found mine.

    The £10 evoucher is not mentioned in the emails.

    Log into your account and check the evoucher link...

    You'll need to;
    - go to Redspottedhanky,
    - click the 'loyalty/accounts' option on the top right,
    - then login using the details you gave when you registered,
    - then click again on top right where it says 'loyalty/account' to get into your account details
    - then click on 'evoucher details' - which will be on the left towards the end of the menu options.

    If you've got your £10 it will tell you there.... no point in reading the emails!

    I think that's right -will check again on mine in a mo...
    Thank you :) That's exactly what I tried, will leave it the full 72 hrs and if no joy will delete my account, it would have been nice to know whether we were in the 20,000 I'm sure RSH are going to end up with 1000's of dormant accounts.

    Has anyone managed to book any tickets? I can select my fares, but when I click "Buy Now" I just get "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage". Mind you, have just checked and no voucher yet so there's no urgency, I guess. It just doesn't bode well.
