Are the people who have got their eVouchers the ones who registered in the 9am window?

I registered in the 2pm window and got the initial email (Wednesday) and the rewarding travel email (Thursday) but I have got nothing in either the loyalty points section or the eVoucher section of my account

It might be that they have only sent out the morning ones first with the afternoon ones coming today. Or it just might be that I have missed out.


Anyone on here get one from the afternoon window yet?

After the frustration of the morning I was eventually 'successful' in the afternoon. I also haven't received the sign up credit and I suspect I won't .

It's my own fault, I shouldn't have let my love of a bargain lure me into something that felt ill organised from the outset.

What's a pity is that where the deal doesn't work as advertised it's a lose / lose/ lose situation. The consumer loses time , the retailer and MSE sustain damage to their reputation. When with a little more organisation it could have been all round.

From this and another thread, it seems a few from the afternoon haven't got one.....yet.


I will give it the full 72 hours and see if anything comes today/saturday but it would seem the morning ones have got theirs and the afternoon ones are still up in the air.


If anyone gets one from the afternoon post and let us all know

I've just checked and mine is there now - it wasn't yesterday afternoon. I signed up in the morning.

I have tried to ring them as their tickets to inner london only show to paddington :S

Mine isn't there yet but I was just after 2:30pm after spending ages trying to register.
