Have checked my account, after email, and have got a £5 credit applied.
?? Anyone else?
Yep this has happened to me. Don't know why we didn't get the £10, but don't look a gift horse in the mouth as my Grandpappy used to say."If you can bear to hear the truth you've spoken
Twisted by knaves to make a trap for fools"

I won't be the only one to miss out though and considering the first 10,000 went in a few minutes, the afternoon ones were bound to be snapped up quickly as well.
Nothing for me either, and I applied at a minute past 9am. What a swizz.
Seems like a sneaky way of collecting contact details to spam.
Has anyone complained about getting no points despite registering?
Though I'm not sure I'd want to give RSH my buisness now.0 -
spent my £10 on sat , on the end screen it does show the discount -£10 my original total was £27.90. but it did show discount to bring it down to £17.90. so well happy, checked bank this morning to verify and total taken as expected was £17.90. nice offer for those who got it0

Just wondered if you managed to find out the price charged? I am about to purchase a ticket over the value of £10 and it looks like the full price will be charged to my credit card.
Yes, even though it looks like it's charged the full price, on my Internet Banking, I've been charged £10 less!0 -

are you just looking under the "loyalty" section? as I have 0 points showing there too, however under "eVoucher details" it shows as having £10.0 -

My voucher says 31 dec online-I assume that is the date you can use it up to so technically you can book a train up to 12 weeks later about 31/03?Midget_In_A_Bikini wrote: »What is the validity on these? When do they expire?0 -
