After a sunday lunch with my dsis and dbil I came home with a piece of the beef joint which was a little chewy  I minced it up in the food processor and made a huge cottage pie which was gorgeous - most of it in the freezer now! I have a spong mincer gathering dust in the cupboard, never thought to use itthanks for the reminder!

If we're going to have roast beef, I usually buy a larger joint than we need so I can make cottage pie with the rest - the best way to make it:T
