I am quite likely to have to throw away 6 banans if someone doesn't eat them soon. The thing is, that it is only me that likes banana bread and I am already too fat. No one likes bananas and custard.
I think I might make banana read and freeze it till I get some visitors. yep.Anyone who lives within their means suffers from a lack of imagination:beer:

I often have bananas that have gone a bit too ripe for me to eat ( I like them crisp, nearly green) but whizz them up with some yogurt and milk and make them into smoothies......yummm

Shockingly, I bought this little banana pot in EAT the other day, sliced banana/ honey/ plain yog toppped with crunchy cereal "grape nuts" Wonty tell you what I paid for itbut it was lovely and weve got quite into having these for pud, a bit healthier than the chocky biscuits we were eating far too many of !
 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -

Funnily enought the banana & date pudding cake is the one i added to my blog earlier today. http://www.theveganwomble.blogspot.com/
The link to the black bean brownies is here. Haven't got round to buying black beans yet. Have all the other ingredients, so perhaps this is the next one for me to try. I am going to use dry chestnuts, as i have these and its not the season for fresh. Also been wondering what to do with them since christmas!

I will check those banana recipies next time I have bananas which are about to go off. I did make banana smoothies and they all got eaten/ drunk. It was rather thick and very filling, and very nice.
Next question.
Tahini. I bought a jar today as it said on the Falafal packet to use this as a dip. It cost £1.69!!!! and the veggie ones hate it. What else can I do with it. I do have 3 months to use it up.
I wondered whether it would dissapear into a loaf. what do you experts think?Anyone who lives within their means suffers from a lack of imagination:beer:
