A day of decluttering - serious decluttering. Have been quite ruthless so far and really dont know why I have kept sooooo much stuff - working on the basis if I havent used/needed/wanted it in work this last year then its going out of the door - seems to be working:j Other stuff that I am coming across along the way also being flung - long way still to go but beginning to feel a real sense of being energised by whole exercise. Taking a bit of a breather as I am waiting for a couple of fr**glers to call to take stuff away :)

  • Oh I am so in desperate need of some declutter too. You're starting to inspire me.
Wonder if I should do one of the following.
-15 mins a day, no more
    - 1 bag of rubbish/recycling etc per day.
    Small steps etc.

Glad to hear weather perked up - pretty darn good here too :)

More flinging today - things slowed down a lot yesterday - just couldnt get a rhythm going! Have decluttered some things from freezer so am about to start a 9 hour slow cook pork thing!

The 9 hour slow cook pork thing didnt materialise cos I realised once it was defrosted cut wasnt what I thought it was! So plan B will be for tea tomorrow:)

Sneaky migraine crept up on me today :( But still managed a pleasant lunch out with DD2 - went to a place I havent been to in years - still fab. No eating tonight - not feeling great although medication has kicked in now. Also managed to make 8 jars of red currant jelly - picked 4lbs of red currants from one bush in garden - had to compete with a very vocal jay and a rather fat blackbird - left a few for them;)

Havent really done anymore flinging although did take one bin bag to Oxf*m from Sunday session - wanted to see the light at the end of the tunnel by weekend so going to give myself a stern talking to and must get some stuff listed to sell - now I have banished the OD to 12 months locked down on a 0% CC I really don't want to go into the red.......and it would be sooooo easy.
