Day 2 of beautiful warm sunshine - spoilt for choice for what to do:) Lots of things I ought to be doing...............lots I want to do....and lots I really should be doing. Started the day with 50 lengths of the pool at the gym........gave me some get and go that has been waning these last few weeks.
Havent heard from job application.............I am guessing that it is a no and I am disappointed that I want even considered for interview - specialist area and there are not many of us around with the right kind of experience. I am consoling myself that this LA are notorious for having someone in mind all along - rarely do 'outsiders' get in!
Off to enjoy the sun:)Be the change you want to see -with apologies to Gandhi

Hi Ig :hello:
Well I have finally got round to reading your diary and between the laughs, the awwws and the Oh nos you have made me realise a few things.
It doesn't matter what line of work you're in there will always be pratts suffering with ego problems and there will always be big bosses who are out of touch.
Supermarkets will always try to take your money
and machinery will fail at some point - even if there is a bath involved
I laughed at the caretaker stepping in as a dinner lady, that was funny. I can sympathise with the clutter as well, I suffer with this too.
You never know there might be good news on its way to you but if it isn't good news then at least next time you will think to check all your details are correct and it's all practice which can only be a good thing.Karma - the consequences of ones acts."It's OK to falter otherwise how will you know what success feels like?"1 debt v 100 days £20000 -

Not at all, you have kept me entertained on a Sunday afternoon.
I don't blame you re the SOA some people are brutal, I wish posters would stick to the facts when it comes to finances instead of carrying out lifestyle assassinations.
Hope it's good news (crossing my fingers for you)Karma - the consequences of ones acts."It's OK to falter otherwise how will you know what success feels like?"1 debt v 100 days £20000 -
