Back to normal - bitten scratched and spat at.......but it was the 4 year old's offensive language that really topped it:(

Feeling absolutely shattered. Fell asleep when I got home. I am glad its only a 3 day week. Going to a music festival this weekend.....................next week will be a very long one. One silver lining is that I have mislaid my debit card so no spending for me until a new one arrives:rotfl:

I totally sympathise, I got spat at too today and various things thrown at my head, I survived, so did the frog, so we're good for another day.

Enjoyed festival but cream crackered now! Have come to music festivals 'late' in life ( apart from an illicit Glasto many many years ago in my teens!!) but intend to do a lot more. OH not so keen he said the continuous noise all around was a ' painful assault on his ears' but he did like the non music stuff...........there is hope!

Going to be a lean month - when is is not? Plenty of food in house. A roof over our heads.Money to pay bills and keep warm. Happy healthy educated children.A home which is comfortable and although not filled with the latest fashions in decor and furnishings it is a home and we feel safe and secure. So we are fairing better than some.................

Have a had a few Eb*y successes this week:j Making me think I should try a little harder. My new method is to start everything at £10/£15 and offer free or nominal postage ( cover the cost of recorded delivery) Seems to work:D

RL well and truly getting in the way. That and an errant PC:mad: Have been without it for about a week and using a tablet which I find OK for quick things but flippin annoying for sustained use!

Nothing to report really except chip chip chipping away at the debt. Enjoying the weather and getting out and about in the garden and further afield.

Biggest news it that I expect to be mortgage free very soon. One DD left and then we will pay the balance in full end of October.......well thats the plan:D Have done it the hard way - every penny with no defaults. Glad it will be gone:p

Aaarrgh! Been away too long. Combination of RL busyness, OH getting his arriss into gear to get packed and organised for his 'trip of a lifetime ' and pressures of work. Not taken eye off the debt busting ball but have been out of routine and that never helps........will have opportunity to refocus now.

Last DD for mortgage paid. On track to pay off at end of October:j

Okay. Off to catch up on the threads I follow...........maybe some time!
