Getting over another spell in hospital - all OK just a little flat and trying to find some energy levels. Phase 1 of House Project now complete so am researching/planning Phase 2. Going back to work on Thursday but have a week off next week so that will make return a little easier.
Have paid off another 2.25% off The Debt and of course have saved on diesel bill since been off.
Along with Phase 2 of House Project will come Phase 2 of declutter........I have a goal for it to be completed by end of August - its a serious clear out and reorganisation and a general change in direction, I hope, regarding stuff/possessions:)Be the change you want to see -with apologies to Gandhi

Think I have a handle on where to start now............everywhere!!
No I will be a little bit more systematic/realistic. Best place to start is with a list which will comprise of 'must dos' and 'should dos' and finally 'want to dos'
Also opportunity to apply for a bit more responsibility at work which comes with a few more pennies ( taxed to within an inch of its life though:( but at least its a bit more!) Only 2 of us can apply for it and unfortunately the other person has 'golden balls' shall we say.........really annoying but so obvious to everybody except the Idiot in Charge. So I am going to put case to together over the next week whilst I'm off........already started doing some reading:eek:
Phase 2 of House Project now out of research stage and into planning although there is more than 1 possibility so things whirling around head at moment..........need to do some serious kondoing to get some headspace I think :rotfl:Be the change you want to see -with apologies to Gandhi

Not sick exactly but needs retiring. Had it from new. Almost 8 years old now - OH taking it on as he does 24 miles commuting miles a week and we will SORN his car for now. I do 500 commuting miles a week so need something that is reliable and not a money earner for a mechanic, keeping it on the road:D So I will be picking up my brand new ALL electric car tomorrow and it will cost me about £10 a week to 'fill up' rather than the £50 the old faithful one did:eek:
The purchase was always on the cards this year but we thought September/ October but we had an offer we couldnt refuse so went ahead:oBe the change you want to see -with apologies to Gandhi

Glad the car news wasn't too bad. As in you were expecting it and had a good offer.

Shaved another 0.75% of The Debt:rotfl: small steps and all that.
Paid £40 in 20ps over counter in bank who tut at small change, onto CC debt:D I was amazed how quickly my 20p money box filled up...........its because I am using cash more.: taking the weekly £70 a week food money out and sticking to it but religiously putting all the coins I choose to save in their various pots, every time I get home...........still feels a long way to go though:oBe the change you want to see -with apologies to Gandhi
