Go on Maitane, we all know how to lose weight and save money - it's the motivation that wears a bit thin.
Personally I am an expert on losing weight. I must have lost hundreds of stones over the last 50+ years and put them all back on again.
As for saving money, my mantra when about to put something in my basket, is not 'do I need it?' It's 'can I live without it?'
The best help I can offer is a quote I picked up recently and have stuck on my mirror, my fridge and inside my purse...."The chief cause of unhappiness is giving up what you want most for what you want at the moment." It just stops me in my tracks as I reach for the biscuit tin or that snazzy Tshirt in the sales.
May the force be with you!I believe that friends are quiet angels
