    Are you waiting for someone to tell you that if they produced this document you would be able to sue them for breach of contract?

    If so, keep waiting. This document will NEVER be produced by any legal means.

    That is the one thing I don't understand in this whole story, which is why I asked if you are the boss's son.... I assumed you jumped before you were pushed (i.e. resigned before the 2nd disciplinary). I asked you pages ago who requested the CA but you didn't answer me.

    It basically said they would give you a reference and no more. There is no case to answer.
