    Let me get this straight... You throw drink over a colleague twice at a work function. You then get moved and send an email badmouthing your ex colleagues, both of which are disciplinary offences. Now you believe you are owed a signed contract from the head of HR to ensure their staff don't step out of line and tell the truth about what you have done???!!! Are you the bosses son?!
