Glad to hear it is getting sorted.

Was the e-mail address of the sender blanked out when you received your copy from the new company ? - are you not allowed to see this ?

This would identify the person - in case they signed the e-mail Joe Bloggs or whatever !

eg. a HR person should not be sending such e-mails, even from their home e-mail (it would be more interesting if it was sent from their work e-mail !).

Can we please not start this all again - there are several pages of "e-mail" - it was allegedly sent by a former colleague who left their employment before the OP did. There is no evidence to say that the information came from the employer. OK?

Totally agree! Personally, I think all the information Milkshock really needs is the advice about seeing a GP and getting CBT in the last 2 pages. I think the CA and all that issue is all just a convenient diversion for what caused the problems in the first place and with any luck he's now in with the GP starting the route to getting those issues sorted out. Without a change of attitude/behaviour, nothing will ever change.

Coincidentally, saw a great quote today.
