At last finally got Cottage Garden framed and managed to take a picture of sorts
Sorry for it looking really wonky - it doesn't look that bad on the wall. Promise the strongest ive had to drink so far today is tea:D
Hellooo Bubbles - I would go with flowers and card too and just knowing that you are there for her should she want to talk. Take care of yourself too.
Was going to get cross stitch out but its a snowman card and the only stitching left to do is white on white
Enjoy your weekend everyoneSPC NO 041STARTED SW 04/14 - TARGET 05/16 - TOTAL LOSS 10ST 3.5LBS :dance:0 -

Thanks 23rd - yep you're right - its Michael Powell Cottage Garden - they are quite distinctive aren't they. The backstitching was a pain but it was worth it in the end.
Did a wee bit of Margaret Sherry Snowman tonight but im feeling a bit sleepy now so i think I will get myself off to bed as I have promised myself an early trip to gym in morning - were going off to booty sale but its done nowt but flamin pour down for what seems like days so I think we will wait for another time (bet there will be loads of xstitch kits at giveaway prices).

Bubbles - welcome back, sorry to hear about your friend
I'm sure she will apreciate a card and some flowers. You could always stitch some thoughtful words and use that for the card? It could be something she could put in a small memory box perhaps? I stitched a poem when something similar happened to us but it was too painful to have it on display.
Or...could you make her a memory box and put a stitched message on top of that?Cross Stitch Cafe member No. 32012 170-194 2013 195-207.Hello Kitty ballerina 208.AVA 209.OLIVIA 210.ELLA 211.CARLA 212.LOUISE 213.CHARLEY 214.Mother & Child 215.Stop Faffing Completed 2014 216.Stitchers Sampler. 217.Let Them Be Small 218.Keep Calm 219.
