Am loving seeing everyone else's work so thought it was time to share some of mine but I don't know if this link will work0 -
Did a 10k run this morning and came last !:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: :rotfl: At the start line it was horrible because there were only about a hundred ? of us and all looked to be elite runners whereas little old me, well up until a few months ago, I wouldn't even run for a bus..... My training runs of which there have only been a few have averaged about 2.5/2.7 miles and this was my first ever 10k race ! (it might even be my last!!)
My time was 1 hour 31 mins approx which isn't too bad but in recognition of my efforts and as consolation for coming last, well.... I might just have to pop over to sew and so and order myself a little something0 -
havent been in for a few days
Louise im thinking of you i hope that your parents treatment is successful, sending you the most postive thoughts possible
flat eric you have my admiration for taking part and completing the race - its more than i could doSPC~12 ot 124
In a world that has decided that it's going to lose its mind, be more kind my friend, try to Be More Kind0 -
I don't think that's a bad time at all FlatEric - and well done for even trying. Keep going

10k is 6 miles. I did 5k in July (3 miles) (race for life event) but this was my first 10k. In places, the course I did today was more like an obstacle course !!!0 -
