  • Afternoon ladies :)
I have been absent for a few days, been feeling even rougher than usual :( the pain is worsening in my tummy again. So actually quite angry that my appointment was moved, as I could have been having surgery by now.
    Rant over lol.
Haven't managed much stitching, as been sleeping when I could eventually get comfy. But I promise pics will be on tonight, DH has promised me he will take pics and upload (he is very precious about his camera).

    Hope everyone is well,
Hope you had a fab birthday Maria

Get well wishes to you craftygranny.
Maria I love your ladybird/bug rug
Chicky thanks for adding me to the thread.
Started a little vase of flowers kit today in my lunch break. Bought it on holiday but didn't get around to starting it then. Will probably make it into a birthday card for someone.

Finally here is the first update on "Christmas on the Beach". It isn't going to badly to say I had to take a little break when too sore this week.
Hopefully it should be finished in time for posting around the middle of November.

Maria - you have mail :D

Thank you for all your well wishes everyone. I am still in quite a bit of pain, but that is nothing new (hence needing 3 operations) just wish they would get on with it so I can get a bit better. I will never be 100% but would like to be at 90% asap.

Hope you are all having a stitchy evening

Thank you for all the good wishes ladies.I didn't like to say before but i've been quite worried for the last few weeks as the doc thought if my leg showed no improvement i'd lose it due to getting really bad cellulitus again and it wasn't getting any better and covered the whole of the bottom of my left leg. Happily about a week ago thanks to all the lovely nurses who have been doing my bandages it started getting better and i now just have 2 smaller patches and really bad bruising. still bandaged to the knee and have nurses every other day but at least it's getting there .

Anyway on to better things . I have re read all i missed in the month i wasn't around and love all the projects everyone has done . I love seeing all the pictures and i really must pick my needle up again.
