    Hi all!
I have been keeping up with the thread, I just haven't been posting!
    Everyone's work is looking great!
And a big welcome to all the newbies to the cafe :D

I've put down the Corrie kit for a while, whilst I do the West Yorkshire map, as it's going to be a Christmas pressie for my Uncle.

Started working on it on 26th September, and I think I have done about 9 hours worth so far, BUT it doesn't look like much lol because it's on evenweave, and it's the first time I have ever used evenweave and it's taking a bit of getting used to!

Anyways here's a pic, a little boring though! I have done a little more since this pic was taken, not much though, just the darker thread at the bottom and some backstitched mountain/hill signs at the top.

good to see you back craftygranny hope all is getting better now.

thanks for all the nice comments **blushes** always feel guilty people comment on my stuff and by the time I get round to having 2 free hands to post (i can read one handed while feeding, changing, playing etc but typing is a but more tricky) I have forgotten what happened.

OHHHH Soulie now I want to start one of my map ones ..... I have more UFO's now then when we started the cafe years ago!!! I am progressing with Troutbeck (did I ever send it to you Nykied?) but am not sure on it. It doesn't have any backstitch (YAYAYAY) but it is very 'blocky' IYSWIM but not in a nice way. I will post a pic later (now I have my phone back YAYAY) and see what you think. Didn't manage quite as much as I wanted last night as updated my finance spreadsheet and it told me I had £6 to last until hubbys pay day....... turned out I hadn't changed the dates when I copied it from the old one (hubby, tax credits and Child benefit are all 4 weekly paid not monthly) so WOO much better got £100 instead. We CAN eat!!

    Must update sig!

Have added DizzyLizzie (tho just realised a spelling mistake)

ohhh and good luck for the 21st bikerchick.... hope alll continues to make progress.
