So far (touch wood) I haven't had any problems sending or receiving with Parcelforce. I sent a printer the other day with them, too, so hopefully it gets there intact (or at all).0

I live in a fourth floor flat and I'm now on a crusade against nearly all parcel delivery companies. I order a lot of stuff off the internet, but no one ever seems bothered to actually bring the parcel up the several flights of steps. They just pop the card in without knocking, and if I catch it and go after them they come up with stupid excuses.
So I have a very time-consuming, but somewhat satisfying complaints procedure. I complain to both the delivery company and the company that I ordered the item from. I send a form email to the latter, letting them know that ParcelForce did not manage to deliver the parcel, that I've had repeated problems with ParcelForce, and that I will no longer order from companies that use their services. I am always very polite with these letters and never ask for any money back, but I have had postage refunded several times as a result. I've probably got £30 back in postage charges.
Some companies have gone on to let me know that they've claimed the money back from ParcelForce or that they've changed carriers. Businesses have much more leverage with companies like ParcelForce, so I try to let them do the legwork for me.
Some days, when I'm being a bit paranoid, I think about setting up a webcam above our door.0 -

Second point, it is only fraud if you are doing it to obtain the goods, just signing the name is not fraud, you (the driver) would need to have kept the goods as well for it to have become fraud.
Thats an interesting view of the lawIf i upset you don't stress, never forget that god aint finished with me yet.0 -

I've ordered some goods over the internet via parcel force and have been tracking 5 pacels, however today I am unable to track two of these and it says no tracking information is available. Has this happened to anyone else and does anyone know why it would say this?
Thanks0 -
Mattchew, first can I recommend that you start a new thread instead of tagging this on to an existing thread that is over a new old!
Right, now I've got that of my chest, I have been a manager at Parcelforce and currently work there as a self-employed courier. If you can give a few more details (sender, tracking numbers, etc) I will try to help you out.0
