Oh look, a newbie defending PPCs. Is that you, Perky? Nice to see you've found an accurate username this timeNinkumpoop wrote: »its funny how nobody ever says, "fair enuff guv'nor, I overstayed me welcome now I pay my dues".
Actually we'd be happy to do that. Because our 'dues' are nothing like the £80 a PPC will charge for spending an extra 2 minutes in a free car park. Do you [STRIKE]fine[/STRIKE] invoice people who stay for more than 15 minutes at your house when you invite them in for a cup of tea?0 -
Or perhaps it is John Mitchell the mysterious man from the 'legal department' of ParkingEye. Must be a quiet day at scammers r us. ShameStill waiting for Parking Eye to send the court summons! Make my day!0

I left the office at 10.30 this morning and have been enjoying the sun ever since although I'm having to read off the screen with sunglasses - bit of a pain really. Do the smoked glass windows at Eaton Avenue let much sun through? If there is any?My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016).
For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com0 -
You never know, the legal team may have to stay back on a Friday to collect the bins after they have been emptied. Letting them troll on the internet is the boss's way of thanking the team for doing such a good job cleaning the loos.Still waiting for Parking Eye to send the court summons! Make my day!0

No - the sign on my door clearly states that people will only be billed if they stay for more than 30 minutes.0 -
Come on. There is nothing else to do on a Friday in Chorley except head for the M61 and hightail it out of the place. Assuming that is that teacher has told you that you can go and you don't have to sit at a computer looking as though you're busy.

I honestly don't work at parking eye but I would imagine that your rose-tinted spectacles don't offer much protection from harmful UV radiation.0 -

Please can some of you legal experts help me. Went out tonight after work and drank far too many jagerbombs and was sick in the taxi home. Apparently there was a sign up saying there was a sign up saying that if you were sick there was a £50 charge. The taxi driver keeps threatening me and i'm refusing to pay. Can anyone help me get out of this, i'm not sure whether this is a fine or an invoice. Please.0
