Yet another blunder by Parking Eye:-

Why don't these clowns just admit that their so-called "foolproof" system is a load of rubbish?
They can't even get their facts right. There is no longer an "atomic clock" in Rugby. That was moved to Cumbria four years ago. What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0 -
You mean that the company that brought 'technology centred solutions to an antiquated industry' might not be all its is cracked up to be?
Now I have an alarm clock that is synchronised to the atomic clock, perhaps I could set myself up as a ppc. I like the idea of money for old rope.Still waiting for Parking Eye to send the court summons! Make my day!0 -

At least there was no mention of the F word in that article (for a change).
We have a valid appeals process, we thrown them in the bin0 -

The target here is letters of complaint to the CEO of Mostyn Estates, the Landownwer and Managing Agents for the Champneys, bombard him with letters imho. I am contacting the North Wales Weekly News, that local Ad Rag, to complain about the wron terminology they use, referring to speculative invoices as Fines.
As to the Facebook group, they should contact Trading Standards, as it appears parking Eye are pulling the same stunt as Observices did in Wolverhampton, and they got their bottom spanked in court.0 -
Glad to see these muppets continue to peddle lies about their 'unfailing technology'

Moira said: “I happened to have the CCTV images of the car at my office that proved I hadn’t been at the supermarket for four hours.
“When I received the penalty I phoned Morrisons and spoke to the manager and I told him I wouldn’t be coming back to the store twice in one day as I would be fined.
“He was apologetic but told me that it was an independent company that was responsible.”
What a cop out!0 -
Shame - PE haven't responded to my email. They obviously didn't read the small print that said a lack of reply would result in a £50 fine. I'll be sending them their fine shortly !All aboard the Gus Bus !0

I would up the amount to £250 plus bailiff and court costs. Oh, and use plenty of red and quote chapter and verse from the Protection from Scammers and Associated Pondlife Act.Still waiting for Parking Eye to send the court summons! Make my day!0

Or we could spend a few minutes looking at the numerous posts from our favourite pie eating troll and gain an honorary doctorate in Perky law.Still waiting for Parking Eye to send the court summons! Make my day!0
