Have you learnt your lesson ?

Just dont enter your details in a loan broker site, its as simple as that.

Thats a repeat of what you said a few minutes ago.
  • loan solutions are brokers. they are liars and thieves. if you have had dealings with them and they wont refund any money, then contact the ombudsman, i got a refund when i did this.

  • Loan solutions do not answer their phones. They maintain the average wait time is 57 seconds or so, you will still be listening to the music 15 minutes later. Their excuse to my refusal was to say that they did not know which lender had come forward to offer me a loan they said they had already sourced for me. Their employess do not use their real names. They have a phomne system that recognises numbers of applicants, but once you have had you refusal, you go onto the 'We are not in!' list. The ombudsman seems to be the catalyst for them waking up and wanting to reunite you with your cash. I would strongly advise a change of debit card number after dealing with these creeps as its the most valuable information these crooks can have of yours...
  • 3 weeks ago i applied for a £3000 loan through loan solutions. I got through to one of the team who was extremely friendly and helpful and told me he would need a proccessing fee on £79.99 which i stupidly gave them, he then told me i was accepted and my designated lender will be in touch with me.... I then read reviews on loan solutions (should of done that in the beggining) and i panic,d so the next day phoned them to cancel my application but they left me on hold each time i rang, i then phoned off my mobile withholding my number and i got straight through..their wasnt even a ring tone just someone answering (disgusting) i then told them i wish to cancel my application and they gave me an email address to send an email to asking permission to cancel my application. I then waited 2 days for a reply and as i did not have one i sent them threatening emails and telling them how much of a scam their company was and i will be getting s full refund off them even if it means going to the police!! I then had an email back within the hour saying they will be giving me a full refund (i was lucky i got that coz i bet they dont give it back to everyone!)... I did get it within 3 days but please do not go to this company they are conning people for £79.99 and they direct you to amigo loans which you need a guarantor for. Avoid at all cost!!
