I went through loan-solutions to try and get a loan for £7000. They told me it was guaranted and had to pay a fee of £59.99 which I paid. They did not tell me who my lender was so after 3 weeks Amigo loans contacted me and said they were my lender. After speaking with them they said they only lend upto £5000 which was no good to me as I asked for £7000. Iv emailed loan-solutions telling them I want a refund of £59.99 as they didn't get me the loan they guaranted me but no response. So I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone no matter what your circumstances are.

Read the terms of business from the website:

3. Fees
3.1 You will pay us a fee equivalent to a minimum of £59.99 or a maximum of 10% of the loan value to provide the services under these terms of business.
3.2 Inline with Section 155 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974 you may be entitled to a refund of your fee, less a deduction of £5 should we not introduce you to a lender who can provide you a loan or you do not enter into an agreement within 6 months of your introduction to your lender. All requests must be made in writing to our address.
3.3 If we arrange a successful loan application we may receive an introductory payment from the lender.
3.4 We will disclose this payment to you upon request.
3.5 If paying by debit or card your statement will read "AW- LoanSol+442033188334

I recently picked this company due to the fact it was on here. They were very helpful over the phone and told me I would recieve my loan in 3-5 working days. I paid their fee and since the time has lasped!! No funds!! They don't even answer the phone anymore?? I am hoping it is not yet another scam as I have been burned three times so far!!!!

You picked it because you'd seen a lot of bad reviews about it on here? Christ.

You've been done. Again.

So go to the website, follow whatever t&cs there may be re refunds and try to get some of your money back.

Then disconnect your computer, unplug your router and never go online again.

Four times now, I'm afraid. Why do you keep falling for this? Never, ever, pay an upfront fee - no decent broker or lender will ask for one. Get it?

I do not believe anybody could be so stupid.

Nobody would read about the problems on here and then decide to send them £60+.

And certainly not someone who's been done three times before.

omg why dint i look on ere 3 hours ago iv just been scamed by these w*****s told me i ad to pay £70 insurance upfront n that wud b deducted off my first repayment and they wud transfer my loan into my account b4 5 o clock so i waited n then i get fone call tellin me i need to pay anotha 130 refundable tax payment i mean c'mon u mite av got me once today but no way ur gona get me agen n iv told em to come check themselves out on this site bloody idiots rant ova lol :mad:
