I need to claim a refund by writing, any ideas how the letter should look like, what information should be included to force them for instant decision? I couldm't find any samples in the net,

There's not a template for everything in life.

Write to them, stating you want a refund, and put it in the post. It'll need a stamp.

some law paragraphs would be useful like Aedhasdad did. When called them there were excuses and have a feeling that simple "want" would not be enough, as they claim that it's not their fault I didn't get a loan

For goodness sake! Have you not read the posts above? Yes, all of them! Then you will have your answers. Or do you want us to do everything for you?

Here you go. This should impress them.

I, the undersigned, do request, on the date of this missive, that the monies of which you have claimed, due to my acceptance of your terms and conditions, be solemnly, immediately and without delay, returned to the possession of myself, the undersigned, for the purpose of my reclaiming the aforementioned sums.

Alternatively, just state you want a refund.
  • Impressive indeed :)

  • Never use loan solutions. They told us we could have a loan filled in credit agreement all paper work and sent everything they needed. The day it was supposed to be sorted they said they needed a copy of driving licence . That it was defo going through money's there waiting. Then came to my house to sign new credit agreement as apr had dropped signed it was told that's it expect money Monday or Tuesday. Monday told us the lender had everything should have money in the bank Tuesday. Tuesday gets a call sorry but it's been turned down because your house is only worth x amount. So asked where they got valuation because they didn't send anyone out like they said they would. Told us land registry what I looked at that and valuation is off 10 years ago. Then said but I can get you a loan if you pay £79 emm no thanks. I phoned the lender telling them no one has valued my house and I have a copy of last time I had it valued and was £10,000 more than what they said. The lender had no record of us applying for a loan what the hell. So I phoned loan solutions was told the guy wasn't at desk he would phone back I phoned again still not there. 24 hours later still waiting as I want to tell them what a bunch of com artists they are. I wish I'd seen this forum first and so pleased I didn't give them any money. They need shutting down

If people would stop resorting to them then they will sowly disappear.

I don't expect Proudmam will be back to answer your question, although I would be happy to be proved wrong. I believe she could benefit from much of the information on the site. ;)

I applied for finance with these clowns last week, was contacted with a guaranteed line of credit for £3500, 34.9% APR, 36 x £157.93 - all good.

What shakes me is that anyone should think that 34.9% is 'good'! Maybe they did you a favour by not finding you a loan at that rip off interest rate. You should be able to do much better than that for a loan of £3,500.
I used to think that good grammar is important, but now I know that good wine is importanter.
