It was not an answer to your post, as I said above I never saw your post.
But why should an employer pay for someone EG the recent nursery case until they get jailed?
It is not the company's fault for the charged persons actions.
Infact the company did the right thing and wound it'self up for employing them.
There are special cirumstances where even if found not guilty then an agreed parting of the ways would be a no brainer as the trust is broken, so you may as well do it straight away.'Just think for a moment what a prospect that is. What was false?
There was recently a case where a nursery worker raped children?
they pleaded not guilty do you really think the company should support and pay them until jailed?0 -
See and that is where all this stems from, you can't account for them in a works contract.
Even so there may be other ramifications such as defamation/unfair dismissal? I don't know.'Just think for a moment what a prospect that is. I expect he will, but maybe not the ones she's got in mind. She's helping him to learn a few life lessons
She's dropped him into a process that she's got no control over, one where people have their own agendas, nobody gives a sh*t about her son, and a sense of proportion is hard to find. Anything could happen.and I'm pretty sure that she'll be supporting him through the process rather than just washing her hands of him.
And of course he's on the database now. Perhaps in a few years time one of his so-called mates will think it's great fun to leave his DNA at a crime scene.
And they're on the media radar. I expect their phones have been hacked already.
If a situation is bad, best to try to fix it. Going to the police has a very good chance of making it incomparably worse.

False, is your introduction of the word 'support'. That is your word. That is your invention.Living for tomorrow might mean that you survive the day after.
It is always different this time. The only thing that is the same is the outcome.
Portfolios are like personalities - one that is balanced is usually preferable.

Going back, vaguely, to the original thread subject, Wandsworth Council have put an eviction order on a looter. Don't know details, will edit if the Daily Mail (my favourite!!! lol) has something.

It still has to go to County Court anyway, so am sure it will all come out in the wash. Hopefully, though, it will frighten a few of the people who were frightening others over the past week. This isn't new, anyway, people have had to move before. Perhaps this will unsettle (sic) people though.0
