Morning all
We all overslept this morning so DS had to shoot out the door holding a bag of crisps and an apple for breakfast. Luckily everything else was organised and my neighbour is taking DD to school for me so I have time to get ready before going to pick my parents up. Hopefully DH will be up so after I get home so I can get on with todays FL.
((((((hugs to annie))))))))
I have to creep into my bedroom to rescue my shopping list. I don't need much so I want to make sure I stick to my list today.Organised people are just too lazy to look for things

Morning Everyone,
Got my hair cut yesterday:eek: , not that bad! Cleaned the oven out (water looked like gravy, Yeuk!) and defrosted the huge upright freezer I've got. Used my mum's steam cleaner (One of those penguin things), makes it really easy, although the floor was covered with bath towels, it makes a lot of water! LOL!:rotfl:
Today I am going to take it easy, I'm back to work on Monday. Start my new two and a half day week next wekk WOOHOO!
The MS has been fine this holiday (Touch wood) let's hope it keeps that way!:T
Have a good day all!I Believe in saving money!!!:T

Morning all
Kids back to school on Monday and I am now not looking forward to it, as it means no more long lies and lazy mornings. I struggled to get out of bed at 8.10 this morning.
This morning I have a driving lesson from 9.20 until 11.30. Its my 2nd test on Wednesday and I am starting to get a bit nervous. I cant be as bad as last time my legs were even shaking during the test.
Working for a few hours this afternoon, which will again go towards the mastercard bill.
AIMEE399 I noticed the easter eggs yesterday when I was in Tesco, I think its a bit early for them.
anniestar. Hope all goes well for you today.
Hope you all have a nice day and will catch up with you later.0 -
(((hugs))) to anniestar will be thinking of you

Ohhh, md, i remember this during my test(s), my instructor said make sure you always keep your heels on the floor, as this helps control any shaking. It mustve helped as i finally passed (3rd time lucky for me tho!!!) Good luck for Wednesday xx0 -
Morning Chums ,
it's very mild here today, and my joints are a bit more bendy at the moment ,but I just have my fingers crossed that it stays that way for a bit longer.I hate it when it snows as it means I am stuck indoors, as falling over isn't a good option at my age, I don't bounce very well.
I'm off back to college next week, so today I am going to sort out all my bits for then. I have a maths paper to do next Monday so a little revision won't go amiss.
I have one of my grandsons Ben, staying tonight as he has his 11+ tomorrow at a local school. Odd day to do it on a Saturday , fingers crossed for him.
I'm doing well shopping from my cupboards at the moment ,no odd meals just yet .I must do a meal planner from my freezer though. I know I have some strange things lurking in there that must be eaten up.
Hope everyone has a good day, and (((hugs ))) for those in need.
Sainsburys in Hempstead Valley shopping centre have Hot Cross buns on sale how daft is that.

Good morning everyone
(((Hugs))) to Mrs_mix, sorry to hear about the arthritis. Some members of our families suffer from it and I have a fair amount of pain myself so I can sympathise.
We returned to work yesterday:( , at least it is a short week. Holidays never seem to last long enough. At least its Friday today:j
I have a few tasks to sort out this afternoon then I am looking forward to relaxing later on with my partner in front of the TV. I know it doesn’t sound very exciting but it suits us perfectly.
Hope everyone has a good day0 -
Hello Again
Amie399 - swimming with the manatees sounds fantastic - might think about that for our florida trip next year - I didnt know you could do that. They are such graceful and serene creatues.
(((Anniestar))) hope it goes as well as can be expected.
Kazoline and Queenie, thanks for that, I do enjoy it but always feel a little nervous/excited before I go iykwim but do come off feeling great. (Except last time but luckily fell on my bum (some padding there) and my head (obviously empty) so that was lucky.
Hypno06 - agree with you about the shopping basket, if I pick up DD from school it is right next to a large asda - I could easily fill a big trolley even if I didnt need anthing. Plus with a basket you can use the self scan tills and I sadly quite enjoy that.0 -
Anniestar You've probably started your day by now, but thoughts are with you.
Penny Lucky old you, did you see her in Green Wing last night?
dlb sorry your plans have been snookered, hope DS2 is feeling better and the rest of the family escape it.
Goodmorning all, hugs and cheers all round.
Don't mention the year flying by, last year disappeared while I was doing something else, I at least want to savour this one, day by day.
