I've felt ready to move on for a while but it's just letting things go and trying to do what he would want with what few things I have of his.

Thank you all for the warm/supportive welcome x

    Hello Ladies,

My goodness such a lot goes on in a few days between posts.

Vanilla my heart goes out to you. You are such a strong, resourseful lady. I can't think of anything to say that hasn't been said by all the other wonderful flyladies. I admire the stand you are taking and send you support by the bucketload.

Dancemum - what was the outcome with DS2? I remember my mum going through it with my DB. She lost a stone that she didn't have to lose.

Pigpen - 11KG!!! Is this WM p*** we are talking about. I dream of laundrettes with my washing filling all the machines.... I know I'm sad:o

I had a houseful of kids today. The littleones had paydates and DS2 seems to have acquired a gang. They did a sleepover in a tent in someone's garden. Once was enough for us - I need my sleep.

Despite the houseful I did manage to get a bit of flying done. Stairs hoovered, bathrooms cleaned, 6 loads of washing done. Lots of wet washing to get dry - rain on and off all day in Essex.

Must get a pest man to get rid of a wasp nest that is producing lots of flying traffic, every time I open the french doors the room fills with the dozy insects. I think they are drunk on fermented fruit that seems to be dropping everywhere. Grrrrrr another fifty quid out of the holiday spends pot.

Busy day tomorrow. Work in the morning then DD2 to a party. Back to work and then collect DS3 to take him to the park. Collect DD2 from party and return to park. The teenbeasts have eaten the loaf of bread I bought today so I now have nothing for sandwiches.

Hope everyone has a good day tomorrow.
  • not long in from having gone out for my dinner. my friend took me to a wow chinese restaurant about 10 mins drive away. my OH is going to kill her when he is back from sea as its amazing. its even nicer than my favourite chinese back home. ok the spare ribs could be better, btu they are the best ive had in a long time (i have major spare rib addiction :D )

my room is a mess and needs done tomorrow and i need to clear the babys room as the cot is being delivered tomorrow afternoon as well.

i also really need to have a quick once over in the kitchen tomorrow as i havent emptied the dishwasher for 4 days! i have to admit that as ive not really been eating ive just reused the same plate for toast for the past couple of days :rotfl:

im off to bed, will fly tomorrow properly and have another go at clearing whats left on the list for me to do.

Some local councils will remove for free - when I found a wasps nest in a former rented property my landlady arranged this (SE London/Kent).

It might be worth a look on their website before you part with your cash? :D

Hiya, yep she's ok, myself and himself are managing the looking after, which is no mean feat with allocated anual leave n stuff...she's still taking codeine. We (me and DD2) went to East Park t'other day to get out for a bit...had a gentle stroll, me pushing her in her wheelchair, she said I was embarrassing...summat to do with me charging her over a bridge at top speed.:rotfl:

If its fairly safe-ish to do so, we could come round but she's obviously still plastered up and her tootsies are very sensitive....or maybe meet at the 'Obscene' place, I know she'd love one and I'm sure you would too with your sugar addiction.:D

Her so called friends have pretty much disappeared, but hey ho, we'll get by. She doesn't do facebook anymore because of the bit chness and bullying...so we just plod on...in her case on crutches. She's ok, just recovering and bored mainly...however its times like these that the rubbish weather is helping because its cold and raining so there's not a lot to miss out on.,

Thanks everyone for the support, i know i've made the right choice for me and the kids. He knows he needs to grow up and get himself sorted. He's rang a few times today seems very low, i already know he's paranoid but i believe thats the side affect of what he took. The social worker rang about him and i just told her i didn't want him living here so i think she'll look about accomadation for him. He wanted to know if there was any hope for us and i told maybe in the future if he actual gets proper help but at the minute i have my life to live and the kids come first. We'll aways be joined anyway because of the kids. I spoke to his parents and everyone has agreed to take a big step back from him and see what happens.

Now i'm heading for my bed, i'm knackered..:rotfl:
Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough.
And things go wrong no matter what I do.
Now and then it seems that life is just too much.
But you've got the love I need to see me through.

We took my gran to Brid and pushed her chair riiiight to the end of the pier so the front wheels were on the edge.. she went hysterical... it has to be done.. Id be whizzing it fast too.. and makin F1 noises lol.... and chasing geese!

I have just got Squeak this weekend.. but she is a cruising so prone to foot trampling.. though.. she also likes 3 hour naps and being sent to shop with daddy... its up to you.. and her.. I can barely walk either so we can be a pair of sandbags lol.. :p Do they make tandem wheelchairs?.. Id want an air horn on mine :p

Friends are odd things and it must be difficult for her wanting to be out and stuck in.

Cherry.. always room for another.. welcome! Please read posts 1 and 2 most stuff is listed or explained there.
