    Hello everyone…

Just been catching up with thread. Vanilla it has all been said, but I just want to add my support and hugs. I can't imagine what you are going through, or what you have already been through. I think you are clearly a strong person and I just know that things will get better. xx

To everyone near any rioting, I hope you are safe. I really find the whole thing unfathomable.

As for flying.. Am I mad? I was working Monday, and have spent most of today in town with the kids spending money we have yet to earn. So in order to catch up a bit I find myself mopping floors and scrubbing sink at 10.00pm. Does anyone else do such things?
Also after a week of cutting down on the biscuits etc and running (well sort of) every other day I have put on 2lb!!!! Grrrrrrrrr. Am now having a beer. Anyway…done:

Monday - Sitting Room and Hallway
    Level One
Open the windows and turn on some music!
    Vacuum floors and sofas!
Declutter the chairs, floor and top of any cupboards!

Tuesday ~ Kitchen and Dining area
    Level One
    Sweep and mop the floor
    Clear and wipe worksurfaces
    Clean the sink!
    Level Two
Wipe table and replace cloth if needed

    Morning All

I have 2 extra kids today so not sure whether that will help me by keeping DD occupied or hinder me. DS is at football again and I'm hoping the girls will go to the playscheme - in fact I'd better get dressed in a min as they'll be coming around 8ish.

Still lots to do and I have everyone coming for tea on Friday before we go away on Saturday.

Vanilla - thinking of you - hope you've managed to get some sleep.

Greenbee - wish I was closer then I'd come and harass you.

    Have a good day all

    Hugs

I suppose i had hoped that he would have tried abit harder to win his family back. I love him to bits always have, i thought he loved me too but i guess i was wrong.

This is the power of addiction. The addiction always comes first. DH/KH needs to find his rock bottom before he will get help. You have to let go with love. Everytime you are there for him, you are enabling him to do it again. It's often only when people lose everything that they hit rock bottom. I am sure he does love you and the family, but the power of the addiction is so great.

Morning ladies, much to do. Have had a busy few days with a lot happening and a lot to take in. Frogs eaten too.

I have finally decided what to do about my car. I am downsizing and down aging so that i can hopefully pay cash and free up a couple of hundred a month. It makes sense.

I've also heard from a good friend that her cancer has returned in the same place. She had a double mastectomy, so talk about unlucky. She's a plane journey away too so i can't exactly pop round. Her way of dealing with things is to isolate. She has no home phone, has deleted her FB account, so i just have her mobile which she isn't answering.
Short of getting on a plane, there is naff all I can do.

I've already done HHI. I am off to physio for an 8.30 appt, then I have a list of stuff to work through. Then when I have done that, I will look at Piggers lists.

Onwards and upwards. Will check in later

I can do Thursday, Friday or Sunday x
Want to come over for lunch on Thursday or Friday? It would be lovely to see you.

Need to get uo and do laundry, housework and work. It's going to be a tough day as I think the pills are starting to make their presence known :(

Max - try sending her cards or postcards. Every day or so just to remind her that you are thinking about her.

    Morning lovelies!

Vanilla Hope you had a calm and restful night x

Toots No, no date yet x

Quick question: Lily cat has got fleas so need to go and get her some stuff this morning from either vets or shops, what is the best one to get and where from? TY

So yeah it's flea city, and she's not allowed back in until she's been done, isn't that awful :o:D so need to go at 9ish.

Got work 11-5 today, I've been up since the crack and pottered in the kitchen and LR. Need to finalise food order and then order for tomorrow, and take a heap of stuff upstairs and prep the tea.
