......it's just not a practical solution this......I don't think the Somalian Govt would want our problem citizens either. Why would they? Bit insulting to them to assume that they would welcome them over.
There's a Somalian government? Hard to believe. The truth may be out there, but the lies are inside your head. Terry Pratchett

Oh please no, you do not want an undisciplined flake behind you with a firearm.

How about wel in front of you with a mine prod. The truth may be out there, but the lies are inside your head. Terry Pratchett

I don't think there has been much press on his history...did he have a record?I don't think that's the case though, the lure of getting something for free seems to be a strong trend. Many photos of people looting goods.
Just on BBC News, everyone is smashing in shops and carrying as much as they can.
..maybe they are like a secondary riot. The main one is the smashing/getting things going ...then the back rioters looting just because they can.
They must be just as pumped up as the main ones though.0 -

However they are looting shops with nothing in them.
Around Clapham Junction station they were filmed looting Wimpy and Ladbrokes.I'm not cynical I'm realistic
