I received the nappies from my order of

    1 x Huggies Superdry Giga Pack - 192pk (Size 3)
    2 x Pampers Sensitive Baby Wipes - 12 x 56pk

but they cancelled the wipes and said that I would receive a refund for those items. Does anyone know how the refund will work taking into account the 3 for 2 offer no longer applying? Am I also likely to get charged for p&p because the total of the order went below the qualifying amount for free delivery?

Thanks to anyone who can help :)

You wont be charged postage, the refund amount will be shown on your refund email.

I haven't received a refund email, there was just a section tacked on to my dispatch email saying they had been cancelled. Shall keep an eye out for it. Thanks :)

  • Ordered 3 102 packs of size 4 Pampers Active Fit on the 7th with all the codes & 342 it came to £21.76, got a cancellation email on the 18th as the item had supposedly gone out of stock, checked website and in stock  Phoned up and got the order reinstated, next day got a despach email then received 3 boxes of 96 today, couple short of my 102 but not going to complain again ;)
    Well worth phone call HTH

I received another email today to say that as the nappies were out of stock and they didn't know when they would be back in, they wouldn't be able to send me the 48 nappies that I was short of. Instead they are sending me a £20 giftcard to make up for it! Brings the total I paid for 9 boxes of Nappies down to around £70 (not including Quidco) instead of the recommended £210!
Thank you so much again OP, this really was a fab glitch. x
  • Well I got a cancellation email through earlier on

Which I thought was a bit strange seeing as when I spoke to them on the phone the other day I was told I could leave it for up to 4 weeks to see if they would come back into stock.

So I decide to take a wee wander over to the mothercare website and guess what.... THEY'RE IN STOCK!!:eek::eek::eek:
The exact size and boxes that I ordered, to say I'm not amused would be an understatement :mad::mad:

I shall be on the phone first thing in the morning to complain, argh so annoyed...

Well I phoned and they couldn't explain why it had been cancelled when I had asked for it not to be (something to do with the fact that they had magically appeared back on the website perhaps??)

But the lady I spoke to said she would put them back on pre order for me but didn't know how long it would be. I got a dispatch email tonight, the only thing is though there is no mention of the price, so I'm kinda panicing now that I'm gonna be charged full price and I can't even check it online as the original order was cancelled and there's nothing showing in my account  and I stupidly didn't ask when she was putting the new order in, what an idiot

I'm thinking I'll phone in the morning and check and see how much I'm being charged and if it is full price can I just refuse the delivery? This is turned out to be more hassle than it's worth for me...

    Hi missing out

Dont think the offer is on anymore at Mothercare, this thread was started a few weeks ago. They are doing 3 for 2 at Boots at the moment though if that is any help x

Hi Missing Out, I think the 3 for 2 has finished now, but they do have a third off the huggies giga packs, so if you wanted to them, it would be the same price if they were 3 for 2, as if they were 3 for 2 it would be approx £48, and 3 packs with a third off comes to £48 too. I don't know what else is on offer, I buy huggies nappies so know about those only really. When I looked at all the current offers on huggies, Boots 3 for 2 come to 11 pence per nappy, but Mothercare came to 10 pence per nappy, for size 4 that is anyway. HTH
