            Well I got a cancellation email through earlier onWe regret that unfortunately we have had to cancel your order (details below) as the item(s) you requested are not currently available.
 Which I thought was a bit strange seeing as when I spoke to them on the phone the other day I was told I could leave it for up to 4 weeks to see if they would come back into stock.
 So I decide to take a wee wander over to the mothercare website and guess what.... THEY'RE IN STOCK!! :eek::eek::eek::eek:
 The exact size and boxes that I ordered, to say I'm not amused would be an understatement :mad::mad::mad:
 I shall be on the phone first thing in the morning to complain, argh so annoyed......those who mind don't matter, and those who matter don't mind.

            I was wondering if I could do this with the nappies but how would I be able to prove I got them from Mothercare without the receipt? Unless they are the only company to do them in a quantity of 192 per box? Also would I have to take all 3 boxes back?
 Lizziebell, sorry for the delay in replying. As MC are out of stock (4-8 weeks probably) of size 4/5 it isn't really worth trying to swap them and get them for the discounted price.

 I registered especially so I could thank the OP. I ordered 3 boxes of Huggies size 4 and then registered my OH and bought another 3 boxes of size 4 and 3 boxes of size 5. Wont have to buy nappies till next year! Hooray!
 Only thing I noticed (and wanted to see if others had this problem) is that the size 4 Huggies states 168 nappies in a box and the 6 boxes we received only had 160 in each box, so we received 48 nappies less than we were expecting. I've emailed Mothercare about this today but wondered if anyone else had had this problem too? I noticed some people had problems with receiving less wipes than were stated so thought others might like to check the number of nappies they received just to make sure it was correct.0

            Hi everyone I ordered 6 boxes of the pampers active fit full payment been taken 29.02 only received one and don't know when coming back in stock and need asap and the one I did receive is wrong size I contacted mothercare who didn't know when coming back in stock0

 They swapped the nappies I bought online and had collected instore-phoned up and they could search the order even without the ref number. Arranged for unopened ones to be collected and bigger sized ones to be delivered so they do exchange them. If done through CS and items in stock then should be possible as I did it.mothercare dont return nappies or milk or anything like that anyway hun x0

            Hi everyone,
 I was just wondering if anyone else had found they had been given a different sized box of nappies to what was advertised on the Mothercare website. I emailed Mothercare on Friday to say I had received 6 boxes of Huggies size 4 nappies that contained 160 nappies instead of the stated 168 and therefore had 48 nappies less than I thought I had bought, but I still haven't received a reply from them. I do notice however that they have changed the quantity online now (although they still show a picture of the box containing 168). My order confirmation clearly states that it is a 168 pack of nappies though, so would they have to re-imburse me in some way? I know it seems a bit cheeky as I got such a good deal on the nappies anyway but surely they would have do something?
 EDIT - Just received an email a few minutes ago (isn't that always the way!) to say they will either send me the nappies when they come back into stock or give me a partial refund. Think I might take the nappies as I've got plenty at home just now anyway!:rotfl:0

            My nappies were ok but my wipes were 56 instead 63 so 7 short per pack x 72 packs???, but as got such a bargain and they honoured i aint saying anything.The art of being happy is to be satisfied with what you have 0 0

            I got one of my orders delivered, but they cancelled the other saying it was out of stock!
 Not gonna complain tho, lucky ot get any of it0

            I received the nappies from my order of
 1 x Huggies Superdry Giga Pack - 192pk (Size 3)
 2 x Pampers Sensitive Baby Wipes - 12 x 56pk
 but they cancelled the wipes and said that I would receive a refund for those items. Does anyone know how the refund will work taking into account the 3 for 2 offer no longer applying? Am I also likely to get charged for p&p because the total of the order went below the qualifying amount for free delivery?
