    I placed order sunday for nappies, was dispatched yesterday for delivery today , guess what NO DELIVERY!!
    I placed order Tuesday for next day delivery ( yesterday) guess what NO DELIVERY, today still NO DELIVERY!! even though there latest email stated delivery today, called them and they just said it will be tomorrow, check tracking and ong still sat at the depot.
    really am upset with Mothercrae, thye dont even have the decentsy to reply to my mails,
    Anyone know the CEO email address as i would like to take this further, specifically ordered a buggy on next day delivery as my buggy broke on Tuesday, and now 3 days later still no new buggy !!
    and no nappies

  • I'm still waiting on that elusive dispatched email!! Ordered sunday afternoon had to speak to CS on tueday and the guy said it would be here by thursday, suppose he didn't say which thursday....lol

    I'm sorry you had such a bad experience. Should definitely call CS and have them sort it out, with compensation as well..

    Did you order your nappies and buggy with the codes on this thread? Mothercare have obviously been inundated with orders. They appear to have honoured orders as far as their stocks allow, but they must be struggling to cope with the sheer volume of orders.

    I have had dealings with their customer service and can't fault them at all but I think you will get the best out of them if you express disappointment rather than anger. Did you pay extra for next day delivery? If so, I am certain they will refund you that amount.

    I'm presuming you don't live up north as there's no way you would have been out with a buggy in the weather we have had since Tuesday!

    Nope buggy and nappies on 2 separate orders,
    Buggy with just the 15% code and no extras, and i got next day delivery for free, so no refund,
    CS have not offered anything, just keep saying sorry blah blah blah , now checking tracking this morning and not even loaded on van for delivery today.
    I had dispatch email wednesday stating deivery yesterday and nothing , spoke to them and they said yet again sorry but it will be today ,
    I just had email with some stupid excuse of credit card ( didnt even pay credit card it was debit ) was not authorised until 22.59 on 10th aug so could not get dispatched. erm , my question is why did i have dispatch email at 2000 on 10th then ?? and email stating delivery 11th ?
    dont know what more i can do , very very upset at the CS and delivery of my item.

  • Nikkit72, could it be held up due to the riots? It does say in their FAQ section that there could be delays and if their hub is anything like here they may have been informed to close at the first sign of trouble, if they work through the night sorting it all it would tie in.

    Sorry, I was trying to be helpful I was just letting you know that it says there are delays on the website and maybe it could have been that. Hope it is sorted for you quickly.
