Take the Trunki out of the box the actual product just comes with a cardboard sleeve, I always take my collection orders out of the boxes in store so they can dispose of it,and I ask for carriers, they've never complained.

Well was down for delivery today according to the email. Couldn't track the order so telephoned cs. The order is still sitting in the warehouse (they don't know why). At least I'm not wasting the whole day waiting in for it. With a bit of luck coming tomorrow but if not have to call again.

my order arrived today. 3 giga boxes of Huggies now to stack them with the other 3 boxes that we bought at full price (although they were 3 for 2)

Thanks op, my order from Sunday has arrived today!

Only trouble is I ordered 3 x Pampers +3 x Huggies in size 3 as didn't know I could mix n match different sizes, doh! I bet they wouldn't let me swap instore at the same price?

I'm going to post a thread on the vents/praise board for Mothercare if anyone is interested as they've been really good about this glitch.

Call them back up and say you're willing to wait for them. The lady told me they'd be back in stock around the 8th sept.
