I bought size 4 pampers, 6 boxes of them, opened one box and while using the nappies have had quite a few leaks so I reckoned I should have got size 5- phoned CS and the lady was like, no bother we can swap them. Boxes of size 5 were OOS but she said the smaller packs were in stock so she said I could have the equivalent of the 5 x big boxes (as I'd obviously used the 6th one) in multiples of the smaller packs. Also she got a man to come and collect the wrong size and deliver the bigger ones for free, even though I had collected in store.

Again last night, after I got 2 orders delivered yesterday, one of the potties I got was cracked so I phoned again and the lady has organised another to be sent out Their CS are really good every time I have spoken to them (no likey the 0844 number tough...)

I am wondering why I was not offered the free delivery, both my orders were £50 and over???? At least I managed to get them to collect, just seems like they are taking forever to get to the store, was supposed to collect yesterday, finally got dispatch email last night but still waiting for the 'ready to collect from store' email!

Mine has been charged correctly, the funds cleared out of my account after though, it takes a few days to show up on your account

Thank you Op . Really wasn't expecting this order to be honoured. But, pleasantly surprised when I got my delivery of three boxes of giga huggies. should keep me going for absolutely ages.
Thanks also to everyone else who helped with the codes and how to input them.

The trunkis aren't due in till the middle of September. I'm on the phone now and she's checking why I got it so cheap *rolls eyes*

As it's more than 4 weeks until they are due in the orders will probably be cancelled again. The pink are showing low stock but -2 are in the warehouse and -4 on the blue.

Edit she's checked with her supervisor and she can do them for the same price :j

Please let me know how you get on - I phoned CS as same happened to me but they said once your order is cancelled they can't reinstate it and stock is not expected until 7th Sept - which surprised her as she said it is normally a while away for new stock to arrive for them to cancel order!
