I don't know how to do a scan with system restore switched off I never mess with system restore.

I have re run malwarebytes and it keeps coming back last time it had a slightly different name the bit5 was bit8 instead, I then ran it in safe mode and it did not come back then I logged on in normal mode and its back again still bit8 trojan.p2p.worm

So it seems it comes back only when in normal mode, how the heck do I get rid of this it keeps going to quarantine and coming back

Post the malwarebytes log that may help, and download and run and post hijackthis log too http://free.antivirus.com/hijackthis/ . Also make sure your router does not have uPnP enabled.

I have done a full scan twice today both with malwarebytes and superantispyware and avast boottime full scan on high and just the trojan.p2p.worm comes up on malwarebytes, and it takes about 1 hour 30 mins to do a full scan on malwarebytes so I'm trying to save time at the moment although I do prefer full scans normally

I dont know why it says quarantined then comes back on every boot up.
