I just look at it and aside from the price and the uniqueness of it I can't help but think - there's only one wardrobe - and it doesn't look that big!

Is it me or are the ceilings in pic 3 & 4 gorgeous even if I did have that kind of money (:rotfl: aye right , as we say up here) could never imagine someone spending that kind of money? not in the real world

My Victorian standard house has ceilings a bit like that. Plaster isn't very expensive- what costs now is the tradesmen to do it. We had new mouldings made for one room and were surprised at how reasonable they were- made to measure in a few days.

a bit off-topic, but I've been looking at houses in that area for quite a while- do you think it is a bit suspicious that there are 4 (previously 5) houses for sale on that road? has there been a decision made on the football ground development that I haven't heard about?
