That's what I thought, too. Bedroom 1 is the only bedroom shown on the floorplan with a vanity unit (basin). It also has the window & door (to the shower room) in the right place.0

The door is not so much "green" as frosted glass (it just looks opaque because of the angle the photo was taken at) As someone said earlier on in this thread, it says what it is in the description:It could be bedroom 1 - floorplan shows the sink and window as expected, a door to the ensuite and a wardrobe. This would fit the picture, if the green door was to the ensuite; which seems odd.
I don't get what the confusion is, it seems totally obvious to me.Bedroom 1 12'6" x 12'11" (3.8m x 3.94m). Master double bedroom featuring a bay window to the front aspect, built in wardrobes, wall mounted wash hand basin with cupboards under, ceiling spotlights, coving, radiator and frosted glass door to
Ensuite Shower Room The ensuite is fully tiled including the flooring. Fitted with a shower cubicle with double tilt and turn shower heads, close coupled WC, bidet, obscure glazed window to the front aspect, radiator and extractor fan.
SPCome on people, it's not difficult: lose means to be unable to find, loose means not being fixed in place. So if you have a hole in your pocket you might lose your loose change.0 -

Can't be doing with those stairs, the cost and if a couple lived there, having the OH walking up the stairs to the bedroom after coming home from work to get changed whilst you are sitting on the loo doing a No2!0 -

The layout is bizarre, but the lav is the lowest floor, then bedroom, then kitchen/reception is top, and also entrance. Not too clever if you arrive home bursting, your need to run up stairs to the 3rd floor, open front door, then go all the way down the spiral stair to the loo.
Only on London would anyone pay £265k to live in 3 rooms built around the old fire-escape.0 -
They wouldn't though - the front door to the flat is on the third floor and the bathroom on the first floor so they wouldn't need to go through the bathroom to get to the bedroom (which is on the second floor).fionajbanana wrote: »Can't be doing with those stairs, the cost and if a couple lived there, having the OH walking up the stairs to the bedroom after coming home from work to get changed whilst you are sitting on the loo doing a No2!

It's not an old fire escape - it's a staircase put in to link three rooms.I_have_spoken wrote: »The layout is bizarre, but the lav is the lowest floor, then bedroom, then kitchen/reception is top, and also entrance.
