Pic 9 - A room for the multi-tasker.
Not sure I'd want to be sat there taking a dump with the chance of a cat paying me a visit.
Not keen on the combined kitchen/living room eitherSealed pot challenge: number 0830 -

These sort of houses are used by student housing in Headingley, Hyde Park and Woodhouse. The basement is a kitchen/reception and there are 2 bedrooms on each floor with a bathroom on 2 of the 3 floors. The other floor and basement have a separate loo.
Obviously the house was refurned by someone that normally does student accommodation. Bramley is about 2 miles from the city centre in the opposite direction to the unis.0 -

EA has a thing for taps. Was that the deciding factor for the buyer?0 -

I don't know that they're common all over Derby, but a couple of my uni mates had them in their student houses there! Rarely used properly though :eek:0 -

People I know who have bidets (they 'inherited' them when moved in) to wash their feet or to soak badly stained clothes overnight.
Who uses a bidet properly in this country?0 -
Yuck, just yuck, £1.8m and a nice tidy back garden!
