The whole place needs about a good £75k+ spending on it
I can't see anything major wrong with it - Roof looks good, exterior needs painting and revamping - assuming no rot. No sign of damp inside.
Looks to me that apart from cosmetic paint paper and floor coverings, the only major expences would be central heating - £5000, kitchen - £5000, Bathroom, £2500. I reckon you could get it back up to scratch for £15000 max, provided no major rot, damp or structural problems.

My thoughts exactly - although of course you could spend £££££ on bespoke kitchen/bathroom(s)We restored a house in similar - if not slightly worse - condition that was much larger for a little less than £75k (including £15k on a new roof and a few grand on high-end bathroom bits)........although we're not afraid to get our hands dirty and did much of the work ourselves

This makes me feel even better about being a Northerner you can get a nice 3 bed for that price round me. I doubt my clothes and shoes would fit in that flat let alone anything else!0
