Would probably have to win a dozen consecutive euromillions to buy and still be able to afford the up-keep.
£2 appropriately wasted on the first eurmillions ticket
I have been to this house! My partners mum does the cleaning, and they have a couple of other staff as well.Slimming World Member - Started 05/02/150 -

One of the more pathetic photographic efforts I've seen. The first two photos are the same, the second is so small it's invisible (it appears to be a bush) and the last two are of some local landmark half a mile away. Do people actually pay estate agents to present their property like this?

Listing says it's let, they couldn't get inside or it's absolutely trashed or both.Declutterbug-in-progress.⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️0 -

I've driven past this house on my way to work the past few years and the only thing that made me think that this and the adjoining semi weren't abandoned was the well kept hedge outside, shame they couldn't pay the same attention to the exterior paintwork.
It's great to see the inside of it though, really interesting but I dread to think of the refurb bill!!

I know someone that lives in a house like this with the paintwork. They got the area replastered, timbers replaced (as they were rotten) and painted up and cost them about £7-8k!
The whole place needs about a good £75k+ spending on it. If I bought this house, I would move the kitchen into the morning room, making the very narrow kitchen into a utility room/downstairs loo, make an en-suite in the master bedroom against the wall by the bathroom and obviously modernise it.
With this, the property may be worth at a similar price http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-37471849.html0
